Brief Biography of CSI Lead Personnel

Theresa has owned and operated Concession Solutions since August of 1994. During those years she has had the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, such as Universities, Convention Centers, Arenas, Fairs, Circus, Motor Speedways, Ice Skating rinks and Minor League Baseball Parks. This includes managing the concession and catering operations at the triple A Tacoma Rainiers Baseball Park for one season.

Prior to starting Concession Solutions, Theresa was the General Manager of Concessions at the University of Washington. She has also worked at the King Dome during the Mariners Baseball season, as well as the Seattle Center for Basketball, Hockey and a variety of events.

Being a general manager at the University of Washington provides Theresa with the insight of what it takes to manage a major University account. The University of Washington seats 73,000 fans and due to the age of the stadium it has its issues with power, plumbing, and available work space. During the last two years that Theresa managed the food service operation she increased sales 29%, increased per capita 37% and increased Client Commissions 37%.

Theresa has parlayed her experience as a manager of an operation and created a successful consulting business that allows her to share her knowledge with her clients.

Theresa has worked with her colleagues as well as on her own on projects of all sizes. Some of the services that she provides for her clients; Profitability Analysis · On-Site Evaluations · Product Evaluations · Request for Proposal Development & Review · Facility Design & Systematization · Audit Program · Management & Staff Training, and Concession Management for Windows Software.

Concession Solutions increased percaps over 100% for the last three University projects worked on.

In addition Theresa is the Executive Director of the National Association of Collegiate Concessionaires (NACC). This is an organization that currently has 70 University concession operations as members. This is a unique association that provides Theresa access to a variety of University Concession operation data. The close relationship between the members and their willingness to share information to fellow members is unique and provides up to date information not readily available to other consultants.

Starting in 2005, Bill was the Assistant Manager for the Concessions Department at the University of Arizona. While at Arizona, Bill spent most of his time helping manage the day-to-day and game-day operations. Bill was also tasked with overseeing new product acquisition and implementation and also helping plan the concessions expansion of the North End Zone project at Arizona Stadium, which was completed in 2013.

Bill is a Past President of the NACC and since 2010 Bill has been the Lead Instructor for the University Concessions Manager Training Course and the same Course for Minor League Baseball Concessionaires. Bill regularly travels to many College and Professional Venues in order to keep in touch with current trends and changes in the concessions profession.

Bob brings an engineering background along with his extensive problem solving experience. Bob started working concessions operation in 1986 as a subcontractor supervisor and has continued management support with concession solutions operations over the years. Bob brings over 30 years of marketing, software development, WEB applications development and IT experience. He is a certified Servesafe Manager.

Erik Traulsen started working as our Systems Management Engineer on projects while completing his degree in Engineering Management and Systems and Industrial Engineering at the University of Arizona. Erik graduated in 2016. Erik has provided assistance in streamlining computer systems for clients to help speed up their data collecting and evaluation times. He continues to assist Concession Solutions' clients by improving their procedures and policies that have in turn improved the overall customer experience and satisfaction. He has worked with Bob to develop Websites.
